1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly (such as contact details and purchase information), as well as information collected automatically through your use of the service, including device identifiers and usage data.

We may store product selections and customization inputs (such as preferences or personalization attributes) associated with a device identifier to enable a tailored experience.

Birth data for Human Design personalization

For personalized Human Design products, we collect the birth information you enter in our personalization flow: your date of birth, time of birth (or your best available estimate), and the time zone of birth. This is required to compute an accurate chart and deliver your purchase. We store this with your order and use it to generate and fulfill your files.

Depending on the product, we may also collect a transit time zone and date range you select so we can build transit or calendar outputs tied to your chart.

We do not use your birth data for advertising. We use it only to provide the product you bought, to display it in your account (for example, your order and dataset details), and to support you if you contact us about your order.

The downloadable Human Design dataset we generate for you (for example, the JSON you receive or use with other tools) is designed not to include your date of birth, time of birth, or other direct birth credentials, so you can share or upload that file with less identifiability. We still retain the birth information needed to run our service and to show order details in your account as described above.

2. How We Use Information

We use your data to process orders, deliver purchased products, provide support, personalize your experience, secure the service, and send important transactional communications. Birth date, time, and related time zone inputs are used solely to generate and deliver your Human Design content and to associate that content with your purchase.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data to fulfill orders, provide services you request, and operate our business. In some cases, we rely on your consent or our legitimate business interests.

4. Sharing and Processors

We share data with trusted service providers who help us operate our business, such as payment processing, hosting, and communications providers. These providers are only permitted to use your data to perform services on our behalf.

This includes payment processing providers such as Stripe and infrastructure providers used to host and operate the service.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain session state, enable core functionality, and associate personalization data with your device. These identifiers do not directly identify you but may be linked to purchase activity.

When you pay, checkout is provided by Stripe. Stripe may set or use cookies and similar technologies to operate the payment session, prevent fraud, and complete your transaction. Those technologies are subject to Stripe’s own policies. We do not use them to run third-party advertising for SparkMagic.

We retain data for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
