Before acquiring SparkMagic products, you may review the terms and conditions of SparkMagic. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SparkMagic. By accessing or purchasing from SparkMagic, you agree to these Terms. SparkMagic is operated by SparkMagic, LLC., located in Los Angeles, California, United States.
1. Services
SparkMagic provides digital downloads of personalized Human Design data products and insights. These products are not for resale or distribution. They may be delivered immediately upon purchase. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that delivery may begin immediately and that you may lose any statutory right to withdraw where applicable. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without notice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our services.
3. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s terms and privacy policies. We do not store or process your payment card details directly.
By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees using your selected payment method.
Our products are digital and may be delivered immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion.
Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your purchase.
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system integrity, or use the platform in violation of applicable laws.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and branding associated with SparkMagic are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
7. No Professional Advice
SparkMagic provides informational and entertainment content only. Our services do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. You should not rely on our content as a substitute for professional guidance.
8. Third-Party Services
Our services may rely on or integrate with third-party providers that support hosting, payments, analytics, and other functionality. These may include, but are not limited to, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Stripe. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Your use of SparkMagic is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or use the service in a manner that could harm us or others.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SparkMagic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
